Indefinite Leave to Remain Spouse with Dependent Applications – additional £100 plus VAT each dependent

Indefinite Leave to Remain Refugee Application – £600 plus VAT

Naturalisation Spouse Applications – £600 plus VAT

Naturalisation Long Residence Applications – £600 plus VAT

Political Asylum / Other Application – ranges from £800 – £1000+ (depends on complexity)

Human Rights Partner / Parent Applications – £650+ (depends on complexity)

In/Out of Country Appeals – ranges from £600 – £950 plus VAT (depends on complexity)

Judicial Review – ranges from £1200+ (depends on complexity)

Please note, fees do not include Home Office application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, Biometric Enrolment Fees, Court fees, Barrister Fees etc. Fees represent our charges only for professional services offered. All fees will attract VAT at 20%
